Timber Top™ comes in easy-to-lay planks,which have been prefinished to European standards at the factory, with an extremely tough UV-cured acrylic lacquer. Timber Top™ is covered by our exclusive 10 year structural warranty.
Suitable for the whole house.
You can layTimber Top™ over any sound, dry and flat subfloor. Concrete, tiles, linoleum and old floorboards are all acceptable subfloors. Timber Top™is suitable for every room in your home including kitchens. however we do not recommend it for use in wet areas, such as bathrooms, ensuites and laundries - kitchens are fine.
No mess. No toxic fumes.
Timber Top™ is prefinished. It will provide you with a solid timber floor in a matter of hours, without the mess, disruption and toxic fumes which come with the installation of a traditional wooden floor.

Environmentally friendly
Timber Top™ is constructed from three layers of bonded wood. The top wear layer is made of selected hardwood and the bottom and middle layers are from plantation-grown timbers.
This manufacturing process produces an extremely stable and durable product. We use less hardwood, thus helping to preserve valuable resource. Top wear layer and finish.
Timber Top™ is factory coated with five layers of UV_cured acrylic lacquer. This provides a tough and durable surface and because Timber Top™ has such a generous wear layer it can be re-sanded and sealed a number of times.
Easy to live with.
Timber Top™ is simple to maintain. Regular sweeping or vacuuming is all that is needs. Occasionally you may have to wipe the floor with a damp cloth mop to remove marks and spills.
Allergy Free.
Being a hardwood floor,Timber Top™ is ideal for asthma or allergy sufferers.
Installation.
Timber Top™ can be laid by a professional installer, or an experienced handyman. DIY instructions are available on request.
